this is my first job as an office admin.i have no exp working with cheques, bill ofl ading, invoices etc..i took about one week and honestly i still find it difficult to grasp some concepts..my boss gave me a lot of pressure.by raising his voice to me…saying iam dumb ,lazy blah blah.i really worked hard, took notes ,worked overtime but i feel i need atleast another week or so to understand the concepts.i quit my job coz i was not able to handle the pressure .moreover, when i quit my job my boss tore away the notes i had and said"ur not ready for any job in this world.u have to learn so much".well,i got another interview for an office admin..how do i prepare myself to be better from now on?

p.s:- i did not lie in my resume.i told my boss that iam raw…maybe iam a slow learner..

I like this woman, she is very nice. But she has been given several months to meet efficiency standards and there is also reasons to believe she misrepresented herself in her resume. So my bosses, although they like her as a person as well, feel that she is holding us back and that too many others are having to devote their time to pick up this woman's slack. So I was asked this morning what my opinion was and I agreed with their reasoning. So in the next few months, she will most likely be let go. But I know she is a single woman and this is a bad economy to be jobless in, and I don't know if I should give her a head's up to start looking for another job while she has time.
She is not the devious type. Everyone really likes her and she tries to be helpful, she just does not have the skill set to do the job right and the owners can't keep an employee just because she is nice. But before they hired her she had been jobless for seven months and on unemployment.
My job is not in danger if I tell her. But I would likely not be held in as high of a confidence with my bosses if they knew I told her.
