Sorta like if employers are looking for people to hire, are they more likely to pick the person who's younger?
Maybe more older?
More experience?
What kind of things turn on an employer?

Been employed for nearly a year now, the job itself is ok, it has it's slow days. I have a child and one on the way and the salary if not what it should be… do I tell my boss I am actively looking for a new job because the pay is so poor?
